INGREDIENTS
200g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp granola
A handful of fresh berries
2 tbsp Mellori, slightly warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Spoon a layer of Greek yoghurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
STEP 2
Drizzle a thin layer of Mellori over the yoghurt.
STEP 3
Add a layer of granola, followed by a few fresh berries.
STEP 4
Repeat the layers — yoghurt, Mellori, granola, berries — until the glass is full.
STEP 5
Finish with a final drizzle of Mellori on top and a few extra berries. Serve immediately.
